Experienced Recruiter – EU Hiring

As part of the team, you will take over recruitment responsibilities from local HR teams across assigned EU countries. Depending on your background and language skills, you will take ownership of hiring in specific markets, driving end-to-end recruitment and working closely with stakeholders across Europe.

• Take full ownership of the recruitment process for designated EU countries.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across Europe to understand needs and deliver top talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: from sourcing and screening to offer stage and onboarding handover.
• Proactively source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant tools.
• Ensure a great candidate experience and consistent employer branding.
• Bring market insights, talent trends, and creative sourcing strategies to the table.
• Help strengthen and shape recruitment operations within our new SSC team

Čo od teba očakávame

• 5+ years of proven end-to-end recruitment experience with exposure to multiple EU markets outside of Slovakia.
• Strong sourcing skills and solid knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent English (spoken and written)—this is our daily working language
• German language proficiency is more than welcome
• Experience working with stakeholders across different countries and seniority levels.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Proactive, reliable, and ready to work both independently and as part of a brand-new team.
