Účel a zodpovednosti
The purpose of the role of Reinsurance Operations Analyst is to deliver high-quality Reinsurance Operations client services by working in tandem with AI. The role ensures overall output quality of the client’s submissions and feeds back extraction inconsistencies by proposing required corrections and enhancements. The role is responsible for ensuring that the desired quality and service levels are always met.
The role forms part of the Reinsurance Operations team within the Centre of Excellence. On a day-to-day basis the work allocation and functional reporting line will be into the Reinsurance Operations Manager.
Vaše úlohy
- Co-ordinate the Data Ingestion-as-a-Service which provides a scalable solution to ingest unstructured and semi-structured data from our clients’ operations
- Propose sound business-grounded corrections where source information is incomplete or unclear
- Critically assess AI output and communicate clearly where output should be adjusted in partnership with Prompt Engineering technical support
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies to reflect current best practices
- Ensure all operational activities meet or exceed agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation or process enhancements to reduce manual intervention and strengthen the control environment
