The incentive is a non-guaranteed part of the overall compensation package. Whether it is awarded and in what amount depends on the company’s financial performance in the given financial quarter, as well as on the employee’s individual quarter-end performance review. For this position, the quarterly incentive can range from EUR 0 to the equivalent of 15% of the gross quarterly salary.

• Advise partners on promotions, negotiate top-tier pricing and conditions for customers, and ensure real-time availability.
• Monitor profit margins, commissions, and ROI on business initiatives to make sure everything runs efficiently and profitably.
• Track engagement metrics and build meaningful relationships that keep both partners and boaters happy.
