The role is for operations responsible mainly for Change Management, Patch & Release Management, and Capacity Management. The successful candidate will lead a squad of approximately 13 team members while taking overall ownership for service steering, operational excellence, quality governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the respective service domain.
This role combines people leadership, customer engagement, strategic planning, and operational execution. As the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, the Squad Lead will ensure service quality, drive performance improvements, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to the long-term development of the operational service landscape.
