As our Front Office Shift Leader, you won't just manage a shift — you'll set the tone, inspire your teammates, and create memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors.

You'll be the anchor of our Front Office Manager and her Team — the go-to person your team looks up to and our guests rely on.

• Lead and supervise the morning/afternoon FO shift with confidence
• Train new team members with special care, patience and confidence
• Delegate tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations
• Welcome guests with warmth and handle their requests with care
• Stay on top of room status and availability at all times
• Handle incoming reservations and ensure accurate shift closing
• Keep the communication log updated and pass on key info to the next shift
• Upsell hotel services — including our food & beverage offerings — to enhance the guest experience
• Step up in challenging situations and handle them with a calm, leader's approach
• Mentor and support new team members in their onboarding journey
• Be the ultimate ambassador of hotel knowledge — know every service, every facility, every detail

Požiadavky

• Secondary education with school-leaving examination
• Educational specialization in administration, hospitality, management, international relationships, or business
• English - Advanced (C1)
• Opera Property Management System (PMS) - Advanced
• At least 3 years of experience
• Speak English fluently; additional languages are a big plus
• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Agent, or at least 1 year as a Front Office Shift Leader — this is a must
