Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to strengthen our Collaboration Team.

Our team is responsible for delivering and operating modern collaboration and productivity services. We focus on enabling secure, scalable, and efficient digital workplace solutions, supporting thousands of users in an international environment. The team plays a key role in aligning collaboration technologies with business and security requirements while continuously improving user experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Second- and third-level support for Microsoft 365 services
• Administration, configuration, and lifecycle management of cloud and - on-premises Microsoft technologies
• Enforcement and maintenance of security, compliance, and governance policies
• Processing and resolution of incidents, service requests, and operational tasks
• Contribution to project delivery, service improvements, and platform optimization

Scope (Daily Activities):

• Support of SharePoint Online and collaboration-related file services
• Administration of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and identity-related services
• Management of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and retention policies
• Management of Microsoft Teams, including Teams Enterprise Voice and collaboration
• Management of privileged access through PIM (Privileged Identity Management)
• Administration of Microsoft Defender security services
• Participation in cloud transformation and migration initiatives
• Execution of security investigations and submission handling
• Configuration and governance of RBAC roles and access models
• Automation of operational tasks using Azure Automation, PowerShell, and Power Automate
