The advertised salary represents the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The final offer will be determined individually, based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and overall fit for the role.

O pozícii

Are you ready to shape the future of retail networks in Slovakia? The role will be responsible for the strategic development and transformation of the Slovak service station network. In this role, you will define how the network evolves in Slovakia, translate Group-level strategy and best practices into local execution, support investment decisions and help create modern, multi-purpose service stations tailored to changing customer needs.

Náplň práce

• Define the vision, strategy and standardized processes for the Slovak retail network, ensuring alignment with Group strategy, standards and future development direction.
• Manage CAPEX and maintenance OPEX planning, ensure disciplined budget execution and prepare high-quality investment proposals in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
• Implement the Network Development operating model, adapt relevant processes to local market needs and align activities with current and future IT solutions to improve efficiency.
• Drive sustainable growth through data-driven decisions, innovation and station formats that reflect local customer expectations while leveraging Group know-how.
• Work closely with local functions, including Offer Management, Marketing, Sales & Operations, and with Network Development teams during station construction, reconstruction and format development.
• Develop team competencies, provide constructive feedback and foster a customer-focused, performance-oriented culture.

Požiadavky

• University degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a multinational environment and 5–10 years of experience in network development, investment or real estate.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business ownership, P&L understanding and the ability to navigate and overcome obstacles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strategic thinking, financial acumen, analytical capability and the ability to manage complex projects.
• Data-driven and commercially focused approach, with the ability to translate insight into practical business decisions.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another CEE language is an advantage.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel.
