Junior Event Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive and hands-on professional to join our team and support the delivery of events across Europe.

You will work closely with sales development associates, helping with everything that needs to happen behind the scenes, from researching venues and coordinating suppliers to managing registrations, preparing event materials and keeping track of all the smaller details that make an event run smoothly.

Our events include industry Summits and Property Tours across Europe, bringing together investors, developers, operators and other industry professionals. Property Tours combine market insights, networking and property visits, while our Summits focus on industry discussions, business connections and senior-level networking.

This is a junior role with a lot of variety.

You do not need years of event experience, but you do need to be someone who is willing to get involved, learn quickly, and take responsibility. We will give you direction and support, but we also value someone who can look at a task and think “I'll take care of it” rather than waiting for the next instruction.

What you will do

• Support the team with the day-to-day coordination of events
• Research and coordinate venues, suppliers, catering, transportation and other event requirements
• Support delegate registration and attendee communications
• Prepare and coordinate event materials, including name badges and other on-site materials
• Communicate with venues and suppliers and help negotiate practical arrangements and pricing
• Support our Sales Development team with partnership research, prospect lists and CRM updates
• Help with event-related research, marketing and administrative tasks
• Keep track of details, deadlines and follow-ups across multiple events
• Be hands-on during events and help with whatever is needed to make things run smoothly
• Travel to selected Summits and Property Tours across Europe
