Náplň práce
As a key member of the hotel's leadership team, directly reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for financial and controlling measures, insurances, legal compliance and continuously ensuring timely and precise accounting, reporting and financial controls.
You will set-up efficient internal procedures to ensure accurate financial accounting, the delivery of key financial processes and reporting as well as overall and effective controls. You will lead change and improvement whenever necessary in order to secure the most profitable financial results of the hotel.
Responsible for all accounting and financial requirements of the company, Payroll processes, also for providing financial support, advice and expertise to the General Manager and hotel team, with the aim of maximizing value.
The main responsibilities of the head of finance department are managing the accounting records, financial reports and related procedures, providing an effective control, developing best practices, financial accounting and control procedures, supporting, advising, and developing his/her team.
Selected Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Cash-flow analysis and reporting, working on capital planning
- Accounts Receivables ageing and controlling
- Accounts Payables controlling and Procurement optimization
- Cashier and daily cash operations
- Contracts register, insurance policies and follow up
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
- Hospitality KPIs tracking and follow-up
- Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting with understanding of company business, situation around us and future prospects
- Legal compliance and maintaining licences register
- Stock inventories and control, being part of the process, looking for improvements and optimisation
- Fixed assets register and follow up
- Reporting analysis to Head Office with relevant peer department head’s support
- Team leading, consultancy, training and development
Other tasks:
- Implement logical thinking to daily job and use the professional expertize to improve financial results and cost controlling processes.
