Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing Project & Development Services team in Slovakia. In this role, you will lead real estate development, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across office, commercial, and industrial sectors, managing the entire project lifecycle from initial concept through to completion and handover.
As a trusted advisor to occupiers, investors, and landlords, you will deliver high-quality projects while balancing programme, budget, quality, and risk. Beyond project delivery, you will play an important role in developing client relationships, supporting business growth, and helping shape the future of our Project & Development Services offering in the Slovak market.
Kľúčové zodpovednosti
- Lead and manage fit-out, refurbishment, and development projects across office, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Act as the primary client representative throughout the project lifecycle, including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, handover, and close-out.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement processes, quality standards, and delivery risks.
- Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, landlords, authorities, and internal project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with client objectives, sustainability requirements, and local regulations.
- Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies, and service delivery.
- Support business development activities and foster long-term client relationships.
