Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an experienced Senior Contract Manager with a strong legal background in commercial contracting to join our international team. In this role, you will interpret and apply contract law principles across EMEA jurisdictions, lead complex contract negotiations, and manage the full contract lifecycle while partnering closely with key stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts related to managed services, outsourcing, procurement, and other business operations

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders throughout the full contract lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, internal policies, and external regulations, including AI and data privacy requirements
• Conduct contract risk assessments and provide recommendations to minimize legal exposure
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, and Operations
• Support the development of contract templates, training materials, and best practices
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes across EMEA jurisdictions and proactively update internal processes

Requirements

• University education (Bachelor's degree)
• Law degree
• 3+ years of experience in contract management, commercial law, or legal operations — ideally within a multinational or regulated environment
• Confidence navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional legal matters across EMEA
• Advanced English (C1)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable mentoring junior colleagues and collaborating with a global team
