Take the opportunity to join our growing team as a Creative Document Specialist for an international law firm.

As a Creative Document Specialist you will provide support to legal offices around the world. We are looking for people with an eye for detail and strong technical skills—particularly Microsoft PowerPoint.

The team provides high quality, efficient and comprehensive document editing services to our 3,000 lawyers worldwide.

This position will be performed on the shift basis:

• 4 days work day shift 6:00–16:00
• 4 days off
• 4 days work evening shift 14:00–24:00
• 4 days off

The total average hours in the working week is 32 hours only, which allows you to spend more time for your personal activities.

Náplň práce

• Create, format and update a wide variety of presentations, training materials, posters and other materials following company branding
• Modify documents from various sources into the firm's marketing visual
• Ensuring that all changes have been recorded and make logical and aesthetic sense
• Assisting internal clients with the technical issues in the creation of presentation materials
