In this role, you will support a European business organization consisting of seven legal entities across multiple countries. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, supporting statutory compliance, and driving continuous process improvements. Financial Accounting & Controls

• Perform month-end closing activities for multiple entities
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and balance sheet positions
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance of financial data
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances
• Support maintenance of a strong internal control environment
• Identify and resolve accounting and reporting issues

Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages
• Analyze Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet movements
• Support preparation of management reports and financial analyses
• Coordinate reporting deadlines and ensure timely submission of deliverables

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and internal policies
• Support internal and external audits
• Coordinate with external finance service providers
• Monitor changes in accounting regulations and best practices

Process Improvement

• Support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to optimization of financial process and controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and other business functions
