Fixed-term basis (maternity leave cover). In this role, you will be a partner in ensuring a seamless and high-quality employee experience across the entire lifecycle – from onboarding and HRIS administration to supporting hires, promotions, and offboarding. You will work closely with our regional teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth execution of HR processes in a dynamic, international environment.

From 1 800 EUR/month

Pracovné zodpovednosti

• Handling end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
• Conducting employee orientations and basic P&C trainings
• Maintaining and updating employee data in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Preparing and maintaining P&C documents and records with diligence and attention to detail
• Managing the foreigners/expat agenda (work permits, residence documentation, coordination with authorities or vendors)
• Administration of benefits and healthcare programs
• Basic P&C operations topics support to employees
