Join a newly established regional team and drive healthcare infrastructure planning across multiple countries. As a Zone Planning Specialist, you will support healthcare projects from concept through implementation by delivering high-quality facility planning and equipment layout solutions.

Zodpovednosti

• Develop healthcare facility and medical equipment layouts for projects across multiple countries.
• Create concept, preliminary, tender, and final planning drawings using planning tools aligned with applicable standards.
• Prepare planning documentation covering architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales, Business Lines, and country teams to support successful project delivery.
• Ensure customer site readiness and support equipment installation planning activities.
• Contribute to planning standards, templates, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Centre of Excellence.

Požiadavky

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in healthcare facility planning, architectural design, medical equipment planning, or a similar technical environment.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design and planning tools; experience with additional planning software is an advantage.
• Understanding of healthcare facility design, construction practices, and building systems. Understanding of the workflow of Radiology and Molecular Imaging departments will be an advantage.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
