2-year fixed-term contract (maternity cover). In this role, you will lead the quality and food safety agenda across the Czech and Slovak markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards, proactively managing risks, and protecting our consumers and brand. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will drive quality performance, consumer insights, and continuous improvement across the value chain.

What you will be responsible for:

• Lead the team to protect market reputation by ensuring food safety standards and regulations are fully applied
• Prevent and manage food safety risks across the full value chain — from product design to delivery, including crisis support
• Drive a 360° consumer & patient voice, connecting insights from all channels (careline, social, e-commerce, etc.)
• Ensure high-quality consumer experience at every touchpoint, in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Operations
• Oversee consumer careline performance and continuous improvement
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams, external partners and authorities to ensure compliance and effective issue resolution
