4 500 - 5 500 EUR/month
Total annual income of €58,500 – 71,500 gross, depending on experience — a fixed monthly salary in the range of €4,500 – 5,500 plus an annual performance bonus equivalent to one month's salary at full target. Bonus targets are agreed jointly during your first 30 days; the first-year bonus is guaranteed pro-rata.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of Human Resources to lead both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. This is a senior leadership role with real influence over how we grow, develop, and retain our global team.
You will report directly to the CEO and COO, work closely with the leadership team, and lead a small but capable HR & Office team, with the mandate to evolve the HR function to match our international ambitions.
This can be your first Head of HR role.
We explicitly welcome strong HR Managers who have owned an HR function end-to-end and are ready to step up into leadership. If you have been the #1 or #2 HR person in a growing company and want to build a function under your own name, this role is designed for you.
This role is built around people, not just processes.
We expect our Head of HR to spend a substantial part of their time directly with employees — knowing our middle managers individually, understanding their strengths and gaps, and actively developing them on behalf of the leadership team. If your natural habitat is dashboards and frameworks rather than conversations, this role will not make you happy.

- Roughly 60% operational. You will personally oversee contracts, onboarding documentation, payroll coordination, and office agenda — supported by your team, but close to the detail.
- We offer flexible working hours and occasional home office, but this is not a hybrid or remote role. Culture is built in person.
- A founder-led company. You will have a strong voice and a real mandate, and final decisions on key people matters rest with company leadership. You need to be effective through influence, not only authority.
- A team of 4, not 20. You will build and improve the function hands-on, not manage layers of specialists.
