Your Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact between local users and the global CRM/C4S support team.
• Own and support the environment, ensuring effective usage and alignment with business needs.
• Ensure CRM data is accurate, complete, and aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate user onboarding, access management, and system administration activities.
• Organize and deliver CRM training sessions and maintain user documentation.
• Support users in their daily work and help resolve system-related issues.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business and sales activities.
• Track CRM usage and provide insights that support informed decision-making.
• Manage the setup and execution of marketing campaigns in marketing automation environments.
• Create and maintain segmentation lists, target groups, and customer journeys to support marketing and lead generation activities.
• Design, implement, and optimize automation flows, lead nurturing programs, scoring models, and campaign workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management and alignment between campaign activities and sales processes.
