• Provide VIP concierge and travel services, from booking luxury experiences to special gifts.
• Oversee premium and call center requests, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
• Maintain proactive, clear communication with clients.
• Direct incoming communication to the appropriate teams.
• Keep client data and service history up to date in the CRM system.
• Assist other teams during busy times or holidays.
• Build strong partnerships to deliver high-quality services.
• Find top solutions for unique client needs.

This is a rotating shift position, and the successful candidate will be required to work weekends and holidays as part of the shift schedule. Flexibility and availability to work outside regular business hours are essential to ensure seamless service for our global clientele.
