Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously develop the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Lead and develop a small team of quality professionals
• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Handle customer complaints and support corrective actions
• Analyze quality performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead and coordinate quality improvement projects
• Actively cooperate with Production, Engineering, and other departments
• Support and promote a culture of quality across the organization

Requirements
