Od 3 200 EUR/mesiac the final salary will be negotiated during the interview based on the candidate’s experience

Náplň práce:

Responsible for financial and commercial activities with main focus on cost accounting Project controlling and reporting including management support of SPVs Financial project management for dedicated residential real estate projects including financially and commercially relevant contractual arrangements Preparation and review of feasibility calculations for projects in acquisition and in realization phase Coordination of tasks on interface with internal shared service providers for accounting as well as internal legal advisors Creditor and – debitor management

Požiadavky:

At least 5 years of experience as a real estate controller or financial real estate developer Experience in larger corporate structures and international environment is considered an advantage Experience with AS400 is considered a plus but is not mandatory Excellent written and spoken German or English as well as Slovak language skills Very good knowledge of structuring and handling real estate projects, including legal and group accounting topics Very good MS Office skills (especially Teams, OneNote, Planner, etc.) High degree of technical and economic understanding combined with a strong sense of responsibility Independent, precise and structured way of working as well as a confident demeanor Willingness to learn, initiative, reliability, flexibility and above-average commitment round off your profile
