We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Specialist to manage the complete customer order cycle for assigned customers, markets, or regions and to act as a senior representative of the Customer Service function. The role combines daily operational responsibility, customer communication, sales support, reporting, process improvement, and cross-departmental coordination.
You will ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, complete documentation, and effective resolution of operational issues. You will take ownership of an assigned area or region and work closely with Sales, Logistics, Planning, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, warehouses, carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers.
You will prepare regular reports and analyses, represent the Head of Customer Service at selected meetings when delegated, and contribute to the design, documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement of departmental processes. Together with the Head of Customer Service, you will also contribute to the preparation and implementation of the department strategy.
Based on the candidate's previous experience and performance, the role may gradually include selected Team Lead responsibilities, such as mentoring colleagues, supporting onboarding, coordinating operational priorities, monitoring workload, and deputising for the Head of Customer Service when delegated.
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
