- Global administrative coordination: Management and coordination of administrative processes across countries (communication, documentation, requests)
- Executive & stakeholder support: Support for management (calendars, materials, presentations, reporting)
- Travel & expense management: Organization of business trips, cost optimization, coordination with controlling
- Meeting & event management: Organization of global meetings, workshops, visits, and events, including preparation of materials
- Procurement & order management: Processing orders, communication with suppliers, tracking deliveries
- Reporting & documentation: Preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes (including confidential topics)
- Operational support (facilities & assets): Management of resources (e.g. fleet, inventory, workplaces) and ensuring their efficient use.
- Process improvement & standardization: Identification of improvements, implementation of best practices, and harmonization of processes across countries

1 100 - 1 600 EUR/month
The base salary ranges from €1.100 gross per month, depending on the candidate’s expertise and years of experience, and is guaranteed to be paid 14 times a year; a child allowance of €48.40 per child.
To help you maintain a healthy and fulfilling diet, we contribute €9.30 towards each lunch.
A €200 cafeteria credit—some may appreciate a contribution towards sports, others for massages, culture, books, or medication.
Your salary is fixed, and we even add two extra salaries. We guarantee all our employees a 13th and 14th salary in full.
