As part of the Business Coordination team you will be acting as a point of contact and partner for Client Underwriters (client facing employees), you will also support the renewal process of contracts with insurers in the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Handling your own portfolio - including contract management, data gathering, analysis of portfolio and reporting
• Collaborating and coordinating tasks across cross-functional teams (Technical Accounting, Claims, Underwriting, etc.) with possible participation in projects and initiatives
• Contributing to or leading projects and initiatives; Conducting portfolio analysis

About the team

We operate as an administrative and analytical center for the Division EMEA and Globals, fully streamlined and centralized function. We enable Client Markets and Underwriting to focus on the client and renewing contracts with them by ensuring smooth, efficient and reliable operations as well as improving the efficiency of tools and processes.

Requirements

• Candidates with education suit the position
• Secondary with school-leaving examination
• Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
• University education (Bachelor's degree)
• University education (Master's degree)
• English - Upper intermediate (B2)
• Ability to be a great teammate with constructive and open minded thinking who is reliable, dedicated and has strong ownership, attention to detail and is able to prioritize
• Previous working experience in the field of Business administration
• Fluent English is must and other European languages are a plus
• MS office package (Excel advanced, Power BI of advantage)
