As part of an international fertility group, we work with patients from all over the world, helping people fulfill their dream of becoming parents. Our clinic combines high medical standards, compassionate care, and a truly patient-centered approach.

We are looking for an empathetic, organized, and communicative Coordinator who will become an important part of our international team and support both patients and donors throughout their journey with us.

Náplň práce

• Coordinate both patients and egg donors throughout all stages of their journey
• Communicate with international patients and donors regarding appointments, procedures, medical instructions, and travel arrangements
• Schedule visits, examinations, and procedures
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and emotional assistance during treatment processes
• Act as a key point of contact between patients, donors, doctors, and clinic staff
• Maintain and update documentation and internal records
• Help create a comfortable, supportive, and professional experience for every patient

Požiadavky

• Candidates with education suit the position
• University education (Bachelor's degree)
• University education (Master's degree)
• Postgraduate (Doctorate)
• English - Intermediate (B1) or Slovak - Intermediate (B1) or German - Elementary (A2) or Czech - Elementary (A2) or Hungarian - Elementary (A2)
• The position is suitable for a fresh graduate: Yes
• Ukrainian language — would be a plus
• Slovak — working proficiency
• English — basic or intermediate level
• Strong communication and organizational skills
