Do you enjoy building relationships, spotting growth opportunities and turning data into business results? We are looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to join our Central European team and help us grow the affiliate and partnerships channel across Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. This is a role for someone who is commercial, curious, confident with data and great with people. You will have real ownership of the affiliate programme, work with major partners across the region and make decisions based on one key question: how can we generate more incremental sales? You don't need to be an affiliate expert from day one. Previous affiliate marketing experience is a strong advantage, but we are equally interested in people with a solid background in performance marketing, digital marketing or account management who are ready to take ownership of a growing channel.
We are looking for someone who combines commercial thinking, digital expertise and strong relationship-building skills.
