Process Improvements and Automation:

• Identify, define, and communicate required changes and enhancements for data collection tools (e.g., Power Apps) based on evolving business needs, regulatory changes, and corrective actions.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI incorporation opportunities within the projects.
• Hands-on development, testing and POC support for AI-led initiatives.

Supplier Sustainability:

• Support robust data collection processes from supplier.
• Coordinate with Procurement teams (e.g., P Cubed team) to ensure supplier sustainability data meets reporting requirements.

Job specific requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Environmental Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator, or similar role, preferably within ESG, sustainability reporting, data governance, or a highly regulated data-intensive environment.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping, and system analysis.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., CDP, TCFD, CSRD) and supplier sustainability initiatives is highly advantageous.
• Experience working with data management platforms and internal data collection tools (e.g., Power Apps) is a plus.
