Job description, responsibilities and duties
supports the Ownership Experience department by coordinating activities related to customer relationship management, vehicle homologation, and parts business operations. The role contributes to improving customer satisfaction, dealer support, service retention, and operational efficiency through accurate reporting, data analysis, cross-functional cooperation, and timely execution of assigned tasks.
Hlavná agenda
Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints related to vehicles, ensuring timely and professional resolution
Coordinate communication with customers, internal stakeholders, and legal representatives when required
Prepare reports and monitor customer feedback trends
Ensure homologation and approval of new vehicles and accessories in Slovakia
Cooperate with authorities and provide documentation for vehicle approvals and registrations
Maintain vehicle homologation records and support requests related to vehicle identification and technical documentation
Monitor and coordinate back-ordered and claimed spare parts with suppliers
Support smooth parts availability and resolve parts-related issues

Educational Specialization

1–2 years of relevant experience in CRM, automotive, aftersales, homologation, or a related area
