Purpose of the job

The purpose of the role is to provide support and assistance to Project department managers and staff in coordinating and completing various non-technical project-related responsibilities including budget proposals, capital justifications, progress measurement activity and business analysis, as well as support the project administrators by consultancy, tutorship and mentorship

Principal accountabilities

• Provide assistance to the Project manager in quotations, staffing/utilization issues, documentation, scope changes and any other project-related issues standards
• Prepare and monitor budgets and schedules for assigned projects.
• Compile the required documentation for project approvals including preparation of plans and specifications, basic analysis of contractual and shipping commitments
• Review and edit all documentation that relate to new drawings and revisions. Schedule, document and record all project team and review meetings
• Monitor project progress; communicate any problems or inconsistencies to Project Manager
• Ensure any changes in scope, pricing, scheduling or other project milestones are communicated to the appropriate project members
• Coordinate negotiations for any changes in scope, pricing, scheduling or other contract requirements
• Work closely with Project/Department managers to ensure compliance with ISO requirements
• Support back office operations as invoicing processing, local store operations, including work with production e-system and real hardware
• Implementing DMS activities
• Perform other job related duties as assigned
• Support Project Administrators, widely sharing the best practices of project administration, business system operation, processes clarifications and other daily tasks related topics
