is responsible for comprehensive accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and supporting the company’s financial management. Acts as an expert authority in accounting processes and collaborates closely with the Head Accountant and CFO to secure precise financial reporting.

• Accounting operations — processing accounting documents, monthly and annual closings.
• Data accuracy control — oversight of accounting records and compliance with legislation.
• Financial reporting — preparation of reports and analyses for the CFO and management.
• Audit support — providing documentation, explanations, and cooperation during internal and external audits.
• Process optimization — proposing improvements to increase efficiency of accounting workflows.
• Mentoring junior accountants — professional guidance and support for less experienced team members.

Požiadavky

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of IFRS and local accounting legislation
• Active knowledge of English and ability to communicate confidently in English
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and responsibility
