The salary listed is the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The final salary will depend on the candidate’s skills and experience and will be determined through an individual offer.
Information about the position
Develop and manage the project's document control strategy, ensuring accurate document management throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS/CDE), including document workflows, version control, approvals, and distribution.
Coordinate the review, approval, and issuance of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover documentation.
Ensure document quality, compliance with project procedures, Slovak regulations, and quality management standards.
Manage document exchange between designers, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and the PMO, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
Oversee document revisions, change control, archiving, and the preparation of as-built and handover documentation.
Support internal and external audits, maintain document traceability, and ensure compliance with document retention requirements.
Monitor document control performance, prepare project reports and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement of document management processes.
The workplace location can be Šurany, Nitra, or Bratislava, depending on the candidate’s preference and mutual agreement.
