ISG Services Sales Support Representative

What will you do

We are currently recruiting a Sales Support Representative, who will play a key role in supporting sales teams across Europe and META and optimizing services sales processes. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the end-to-end systems used to create and manage maintenance contracts and support day-to-day activity in those systems.

The Sales Support & Claims team is crucial to help the business grow, speed up the contract process, and increase customer satisfaction. We are looking for proactive people who do not like a routine at work. The team supports the Europe and META region.

Interactions: The team will interact with Sales teams (40%), internal customers (e.g. Pricing, Order Management, Marketing, Project Managers, and Developers – 20%), and external customers / Business Partners (40%). This position is dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.

What do you need to succeed in this opportunity

• 1+ year of contract administration/ customer support/ back office support experience is preferable
• The position is suitable for fresh graduates
• Business level English skills both written and verbal (another foreign language is an advantage such as: German, French, Italian or Spanish)
• Reporting and analysis skills are beneficial
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Escalation Management
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, monitor, and document data
