• From 1600 Eur gross/month depending on experience and skills.

Pracovná náplň

This role supports the full lifecycle of a family at the school, including recruitment, marketing, onboarding, communications, retention, community engagement, and alumni initiatives.

In this role, the candidate will play a crucial part in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.

Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with Head of Admissions, Marketing and Communication on all campaigns execution.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms, from content creation and execution to performance analytics.
• Support the design of marketing materials for both online and printed campaigns.
• Provide support in production of audio-visual content (photography - of events, school life, portrait pictures, video interviews, etc.) in line with school safeguarding policies and GDPR/photo consent requirements.
• Assist other departments in designing promotional and visual materials (e.g. posters, photos and school displays).
• Provide support for marketing events such as open days, school tours, admissions events, community events and partner events.
• Lead the content compilation for the annual Yearbook publications.
• Monitor social media activities to assess the public’s perception of the school’s brand, reputation and community engagement.
• Maintain and update website and school displays.
• Create and manage the school’s Newsletter and mailing lists, including audience segmentation and consent updates.
• Participate in the administration and regular updating of the school’s CRM system, particularly in relation to admissions, marketing campaigns, parent/prospect communication and data accuracy.
• Maintain GDPR consent database for marketing purposes, especially for the use of student photographs, videos and personal data.
• Assist the sourcing, delivery and distribution of branded materials (e.g. stationery, merchandise, giveaways).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, including trends relevant to international education, school communications and digital engagement.
