The Plant Controller plays a key role in supporting the plant by providing accurate financial planning, cost control, and performance analysis. This position ensures transparency in financial results, drives efficiency through data-driven insights, and acts as a business partner to senior leaders and plant teams. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI development to enable informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Kľúčové zodpovednosti

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

   • Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts for the plant.
   • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
   • Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of financial data for reporting purposes.

2. Cost Controlling

   • Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including standard costs, scrap, and variances.
   • Update and maintain standard cost calculations; analyze deviations in inventory, scrap, and operating expenses.
   • Support make-or-buy decisions, CAPEX evaluations, ROI calculations, and profitability analysis by product or line.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

   • Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
   • Develop and maintain KPIs to track efficiency, productivity, and cost performance.
   • Provide actionable insights to plant leadership and functional heads to improve financial results.

4. Business Partnering

   • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
   • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and plant teams, ensuring financial implications are considered in decision-making.

5. Compliance & Internal Controls

   • Ensure adherence to corporate controlling standards and SOX requirements.
   • Support internal and external audits related to controlling processes.
