Personality requirements and skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree or above - Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
Experience:
2+ years of relevant experience - Production planning in automotive parts or manufacturing industry preferred
Systems:
Proficient in ERP systems - familiar with MRP logic and BOM structures
Technical Skills:
Advanced data analysis skills - Proficient in spreadsheet tools; experience with BI tools is a plus
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure; cross-functional coordination; problem-solving
Plus:
Industry certifications preferred - Knowledge of IATF 16949; Lean / Six Sigma certification is a plus
