You will join the Planning & Performance Management team as an Anaplan Model Builder dedicated to North America. In this role, you will work closely with the North America business, partnering with Finance, FP&A and Business Performance Management teams to support planning, forecasting and performance management processes.
At the same time, you will be part of the broader Finance Transformation and global Anaplan roadmap. You will help ensure North America requirements are understood, prioritized and translated into scalable solutions that align with Group standards, governance and data structures.
While Anaplan is expected to be an important focus in the near term, the role is broader and will also contribute to planning, reporting, process improvement, finance transformation and performance management initiatives across the team’s priorities.
Your skills and experience will ideally include:
- Design and enhance planning, forecasting, reporting and analytics solutions, including Anaplan and complementary tools.
- Translate North America Finance and FP&A requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions aligned with Group standards.
- Create dashboards, improve manual processes and support reliable data flows across platforms.
- Partner with Finance, FP&A, Finance Transformation and IT/Data teams, explaining technical and data topics clearly to stakeholders.

Compensation for roles depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific role, skill set, level of experience, and subject to applicable law. thus provides a range of compensation aligned to internal job architecture and market benchmarks to ensure fair and consistent pay for comparable roles. The starting base salary for this position is 3000 EUR/ Gross.
