As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise-level Global Directory (LDAP) services. You will work on a business‑critical identity platform, supporting daily operations while contributing to improvements and future cloud migration initiatives.
Čo bude vašou úlohou
• Operate and support Global Directory (LDAP) services across multiple environments, including manual data maintenance and user management
• Perform manual interventions such as copying users between environments and maintaining directory data consistency
• Develop, customize, and maintain LDAP scripts for reporting, audits, staging, and export purposes, including adding new attributes and filtering bind/access data
• Implement schema extensions within a defined OID range and customize Access Control Instructions (ACIs) across environments
• Troubleshoot LDAP-related issues and collaborate with international teams on service stability, standardization, and continuous improvement
• Support preparation activities for a planned cloud migration in the coming years
Čo od vás očakávame
•2–5 years of experience in directory services, identity management, or infrastructure / operations engineering roles
•Hands-on experience with LDAP / Active Directory, including: LDAP, LDIF, ldapmodify, ldapsearch
•Strong experience working in Linux environments, including shell scripting for automation and reporting
•Ability to work in complex, enterprise-scale production environments
•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
•Advanced English language skills (B2+)

Salary
1 800 - 3 000 EUR/month
offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1800€ up to 3000€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
