- Provide administrative and operational support to Account and Project Managers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of client services.
- Collect, process, and analyze data to prepare regular reports and summaries for the team.
- Help organize onboarding of new clients and support ongoing client communication.
- Maintain and update client-related information in company systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, contracts, and billing materials.
- Participate in internal process improvements and contribute ideas for more efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support Account Managers during client meetings or calls.
- Monitor project progress and support evaluation of project results and financial performance.
- Actively learn about our services and identify potential opportunities for improvement or new collaboration areas.
