medical aesthetics industry.
O pozícii
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales and medical aesthetics while playing an active role in the growth of the Slovak market.
The main objective of this position is to expand our market coverage, develop new business and grow existing opportunities in Slovakia.
You will work closely with our Senior Sales Manager while progressively developing your own client portfolio and commercial responsibility.
Zodpovednosti
- Identifying and approaching new clinics, doctors and healthcare professionals
- Developing new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships
- Reactivating inactive and previously purchasing clients
- Developing existing accounts and identifying opportunities to introduce additional brands and products
- Managing leads, opportunities and client follow-ups
- Supporting selected client activities, including trainings, meetings and follow-ups
- Participating in client visits, congresses and industry events
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on sales activities
- Working towards individual sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborating with the marketing and training teams
- Contributing to the overall growth of the Slovak market
You will initially work closely with our Senior Sales Manager, learning our products, clients and sales approach.
As you gain experience, you will progressively take ownership of your own clients and opportunities and become an increasingly independent salesperson.
We are looking for someone who is ambitious to build their own client portfolio, learns quickly, takes initiative and is motivated by achieving measurable commercial results.
Požiadavky
- Previous experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Commercial and results-oriented mindset
- Proactive approach and ability to identify and develop opportunities
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage your own activities
- Willingness to travel within Slovakia
