Job description

A consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience is responsible for designing, optimizing, and delivering CRM solutions. The consultant serves as the bridge between business, data, and technology — transforming business goals into practical, measurable, and scalable CRM solutions. Experience with marketing automation is expected and applied when aligning CRM processes with marketing campaigns and customer journeys, but the core of the role is sales and service CRM advisory and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and gather requirements across sales and service processes.
• Translate business objectives into CRM solutions covering lead and opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, pipeline, and territory management.
• Design service management solutions covering case management, omnichannel routing, knowledge, entitlements, SLAs, and self-service.
• Define the data model, security and sharing model, role hierarchy, and automation using declarative tools.
• Leverage marketing automation experience to align CRM data with campaigns, journeys, and consent management across systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data synchronization; experience with integration platforms is an advantage but optional.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, data security, and data governance standards.
• Support testing, go-live, user adoption, and continuous optimization.
• Prepare documentation: BRD, Solution Design, UAT scenarios, and deployment guides.
• Lead workshops and provide best-practice guidance and enablement for client teams.

Requirements

• Secondary education with school-leaving examination
• IT-related education or IT background, such as an application developer or IT consultant role
• English — Upper intermediate (B2)
• Advanced knowledge of sales and service CRM solutions
• Skilled knowledge of marketing automation
