Requirements for the employee

Minimum education required

• University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

• Engineering / Technical Management (Mechanical, Automation, Production Engineering, Mechatronics or similar)

Language skills

• English - Advanced (C1)

Driving licence

• B

Personality requirements and skills Must have:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automation, Production Engineering, Mechatronics or similar).
• Experience in a manufacturing / production environment - minimum 3 years
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, SMED, CI tools).
• Hands-on approach and willingness to work directly on the shop floor.
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Working level of English.
• Willingness to travel (up to 15%).

Nice to have:

• Experience as:
  • process engineer, or
  • production engineer, or
  • advanced shopfloor role (e.g. technician/operator with process understanding).
• Project management experience in equipment relocation, installation or plant upgrades.
• Knowledge of: OEE, TPM,
• Experience in flexible packaging / printing/ converting,
• Basic CAD or technical drawing skills.
