About the company
One of the largest automotive holdings in Kazakhstan. As part of expansion to the European market, operations are being established in Slovakia and a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant is sought to support day-to-day accounting activities and communication with the Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing records of accountable persons: receiving, reviewing, and analyzing supporting documents, preparing advance reports
- Maintaining the register of powers of attorney and issuing powers of attorney
- Managing inventory accounting: receipt, internal transfer, write-off, and sale of goods
- Managing fixed assets accounting: receipt, transfer, depreciation, write-off, and sale
- Managing intangible assets accounting: receipt, depreciation, write-off, and sale
- Recording the receipt and provision of services
- Participation in inventory counts
- Ensuring proper storage, registration, and archiving of accounting documents in accordance with internal procedures
- Controlling the accuracy and timeliness of reports provided by materially responsible persons
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting
- Good understanding of accounting related to inventory, fixed assets, and services
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage routine accounting processes
- English – working level
- Knowledge of Slovak accounting and tax regulations
