Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you a graduate of a technical school or a young technician with an interest in hydraulics, mechanics, and international projects? Would you like to gain experience abroad and gradually develop into a Site Supervisor or Construction Manager?

Comprehensive training will be provided to prepare you for a career in the execution of international industrial technology and plant construction projects.

Office-Based Training Phase

Upon joining, you will participate in a comprehensive onboarding program during which you will:

• Become familiar with products, technologies, and work processes.
• Learn to navigate technical and project documentation.
• Support the team in project planning and preparation.
• Gain an understanding of internal procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to work independently on international construction and installation projects.

Working on International Projects

After successfully completing your training, you will participate in projects around the world and be responsible for:

• Providing technical and administrative support to site management.
• Coordinating and monitoring installation and construction activities.
• Assisting with work planning and task allocation.
• Tracking and coordinating the delivery of materials and equipment.
• Attending project and site coordination meetings.
• Solving technical issues directly on-site during project execution.
