Customer Care Executive - German Speaker

We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a motivated Customer Care Executive to join our International Team.

You'll manage customer issues from start to finish, working with customers and internal teams to resolve claims promptly and professionally. This role centers on building strong relationships and understanding clients needs, specially in escalated cases. Your goal is to deliver outstanding service and help us meet key performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Support Customers: Handle incoming cases from VIP customers, primarily trough email and in some situations making outbound calls may also be necessary.
• Problem-Solve: Use cutting-edge tools to guide customers through case resolution, and work with your teammates to crack tricky cases.
• Be Empathetic: Connect with customers from all backgrounds, ensuring everyone feels heard and valued.
• Reliability: Ability to work within set deadlines and comply with all SLAs.
• Team Collaboration: Work together to hit personal and team goals in an environment where your perspective will help improve the team.
• Brand Ambassador: Be an expert, sharing knowledge about products and reflecting a commitment to innovation and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German (Spoken and Written).
• Great communication skills with a focus on customer interactions.
• Customer-First Mindset: Interest in helping and solving problems.
• Tech-Savvy: You have in interest in technical products and pick up new tools quickly.
• Organized and Motivated: Even when things get busy, you stay organized and keep delivering quality service.
• Ability to stay calm: handle high-pressure situations, specially with sensitive cases (social media, executive escalations and legal cases).
• The job is suitable for a graduate.
• University education (Bachelor's degree).
• English - Upper intermediate (B2).
• German - Upper intermediate (B2).
