We are looking for a proactive, organized and people-oriented professional to support one of our strategic client accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating multiple stakeholders, solving problems, and ensuring that clients receive an outstanding experience. You will work closely with a Senior Key Account Manager and gradually take ownership of the operational side of client management while learning the commercial aspects of strategic account development.

This is not a sales role focused on cold outreach. It is a relationship management role focused on helping existing clients succeed and identifying opportunities to create additional value.

Requirements

• Secondary education with school-leaving examination
• English – Upper intermediate (B2)
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Ability to build trust with both clients and colleagues
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
• Experience in IT, consulting, recruitment, project coordination, or customer success is an advantage, but not required
