• University education (Bachelor's degree)
• English - Upper intermediate (B2)
• German - Upper intermediate (B2)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, Risk Management, Law or a comparable field.
• Equivalent professional experience combined with strong expertise in Credit Risk, Fraud Management, Payments, Collections or Customer Finance may be considered.
• Several years of experience in Credit Risk Management, Fraud Management, Collection Management, Payment Processing, Customer Finance, Order-to-Cash or Shared Services.
• Proven experience in team leadership, people management or functional leadership.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing complex business requirements.
• Experience with process improvement, governance, quality management and transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with data, KPIs and performance management.
• Experience within telecommunications, financial services or eCommerce environments is advantageous.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Deep understanding of Credit Risk, Fraud Prevention, Payments and Collection Management processes.
• Extensive experience in coordinating complex tasks involving interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, risk management and quality management principles.

Benefity

• Annual Bonus (Variable Pay): In accordance with the employer’s remuneration policy, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 15% of their annual total cash, subject to achieving 100% of the performance criteria defined by the employer.*
