Acts as a key Junior IT Operations Specialist responsible for maintaining and improving local IT operations, workplace technologies, cybersecurity compliance, and Microsoft 365 environments. The role supports business continuity, infrastructure modernization, IT governance, vendor coordination, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring effective service delivery, operational resilience, and alignment with Group IT standards and security requirements.

Your main agenda will include the following:

• Provide IT support for office-based and remote users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, operating system, and peripheral-related issues
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets via ServiceNow and Jira
• Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices and local IT infrastructure
• Conduct user onboarding and offboarding, including access and device management
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint
• Maintain IT asset inventory, lifecycle management, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with IT security, software licensing, and data protection requirements
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, IT projects, and system upgrades
