What will you do?

• Lead and coordinate finance and controlling activities related to Downstream operations.
• Manage planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance monitoring processes.
• Prepare, review and interpret financial reports, analyses and management information.
• Identify deviations from plans, analyse root causes and propose corrective actions. Prepare deep dives in order to show potentional savings in business processes.
• Support management decision-making through proactive financial insights and recommendations.
• Cooperate closely with business units, Group Finance and other relevant stakeholders across MOL Group.
• Drive harmonisation,improvement and automation of reporting, controlling tools and financial processes.
• Support investment, CAPEX and business development decisions with high-quality financial analyses.
• Ensure compliance with internal rules, reporting standards and deadlines.
• Lead, motivate and develop team members, supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What do we expect?

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Min 7 years of professional experience in finance, controlling, reporting, financial planning or business analysis.
• Previous leadership experience or proven ability to coordinate and guide a team.
• Experience from a production, industrial, energy or multinational environment is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
