Join our team and help enterprise customers modernize collaboration and content platforms through remote and hybrid engagements.

What will you do

• Deliver remote and hybrid customer engagements focused on collaboration and digital platforms
• Design and implement modern collaboration and content architectures aligned with best practices
• Lead modernization and migration initiatives, including server-to-cloud and hybrid architectures
• Modernize legacy customizations and workflows, and integrate solutions with digital platforms
• Provide guidance on information architecture, governance, security, compliance, search, and platform integration
• Drive delivery excellence by producing clear customer documentation, reusable playbooks, and collaborating with CSAs, partners, and global teams

What we expect

• 8–10+ years of experience delivering customer-facing engagements for enterprise collaboration platforms
• Strong expertise in enterprise collaboration and content platforms
• Hands-on experience with platform architecture, hybrid scenarios, and identity/authentication integration
• Skills including governance, administration, and building business solutions
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
• English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1)

Odmeňovanie

2 050 EUR/month

Salary 2 050 - 4 800 EUR/month

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed:

Specialist : 2050€ - 4050€ Associate Manager : 2550€ - 4800€
