From 2 500 EUR/month Salary range is from 2500 EUR gross/ month plus extra bonuses, however final salary depends on skills and candidate's knowledge.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled IT Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing various projects within our organization. The Project Manager will collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Essential for this role is experience in managing IT projects within the public sector and a solid background in overseeing projects subject to EU funding regulations and audit requirements.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, overseeing projects from initiation to closure.
• Lead and coordinate project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, providing guidance and direction to ensure project objectives are met at each stage.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with organizational objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing issues to prevent potential roadblocks.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders regularly.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization effectively.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project management best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies, integrating emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Create project reports
• Administrative work needed for projects
